cannot send money

picture says all,

the account is 5months old i been trying to send a payment for the last 2 days,
vcc is confirmed

and also when i do send money its sending as euros

Contact customer service as you were adviced. It looks like a glitch to me.

Its a soft limitation on the account, if you carry on trying to send money you will get a request for ID & proof of address.

ok what happen is i sent a payment but done the email wrong so cancel the payment, then after i try to send it again but with the right email then it come up with that,
but if i write someone else email it will let me send it but does it as euros

Maybe ask receipent to send you an invoice and than pay?

How long ago did you receive the money that you are trying to send?

If you are sending the payment straight from your card it sends the funds in the banks currency. So you need to make sure you have enough money in the card to send the payment as paypals exchange rate is different to the actual exchange rate.

im sending the money from my card i know i have enough in there as if i go to send it to someone else it will work.
i think paypal does not like the email im trying to send it to

ok well they stopped me from sending payments and withdrawers till i link my bank account but the account if not limited

well thats a relief.. dont try again until your account is verified.
