paypal account small limit, plus wants invoices

i been hit with a limitations on paypal asking for,
Photo ID, sent already,

Provide Invoices, not done as i never got a invoice when it was brought secondhand,

Supplier Contact Info from origin of goods, not done,
Provide business information, im not down as a business so dont know how i can,

Provide proof of delivery, not done as only sold it today for £1200, but im not going to send it to the money in my bank,

Provide more information about payment,

so now i dont know what to do so im asking for your help

account is 3 years old all limit removed

in the same boat... ive been asked to provide supplier info... acc is week old and ive only sold 2 30 year old vintage items...

how the hell do i resolve that with supplier info

was yours a joke and and i found some shops details so gave that to them, then made some invoices to send,
so now waiting for paypal to make there choice
