Paypal Receiving Limites (EU)

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.

I have relatively new stealth accounts, and thought I would try to upload documents to lift limits way before I have to.

Complete "identify yourself" in terms of Individual, as opposed to sole trader or company, fine

Complete "verify your information" and fill in DOB, Address.

It takes me to a new screen where I submit, or, it says, Cancel if you prefer paypal not to do an automatic check on details, and upload documents.

Click Cancel, it just....well...cancels. Doesnt give me the option to upload documents.

If I submit the DOB/Address, it tells me it doesnt match (well it wouldnt, cos its stealth!)

How do I get to upload documents?

Try and verify yourself again, it will fail again.

Then it will ask you for the docs.

Atleast thats how it worked last time I did it.

Submit all the info it asks for using stealth details.

It will fail.

Submit all the info again, it will fail again

Then you can upload what it asks for
