cant add bank account to paypal uk error message

wondering if anyone experienced this or any advice keep getting a error message when I put in the acc number and sort code it just says
sorry we are not able to process your request please try again later. It is a uk pp and uk bank and also its a stealth paypal I have purchased this account.
shall I just ring them or email them.

also can i ring them on private number on a linked telephone

I had this problem recently, it turned out to be a browser issue. Once I used another browser it was fine. I can't remember which browser had the issue, it may have been firefox.

My issue may have been totally unrelated to your, but it's worth a try.

If this account has just been purchased, have you checked in with the seller too?

yes just called them up and they added it fine and they also gave me a 10 pounds voucher lool
