Would this step be then just ignored? Add a VCC and move on until you have to withdrawal and then add the S/C and A/C thus, verifying the bank account as well?
| No you need to sign up as normal.
But always make sure you have enough funds in your paypal for fees or pay fees in advance with a Vcc so paypal don't dip into your bank account. |
