Paypal bank account uk stealth account

Hi guys, I'm about to re make a new ebay/paypal account after being banned a few years ago, I've got a few questions that i was hoping someone could cover. Basically i had money outstanding on paypal and i managed to remove all my card details before the account went into minus, because paypal couldn't do much they transferd the debt over to my ebays outstanding fees and then banned my account ebay account instead however the paypal account returned back to normal after the dept was sent to ebay so i decided to completely delete the paypal account which was associated with the ebay account, my point is if i was to try and re add the same sort code and account number which is Halifax would it still be flagged on a new paypal account?

You cannot use old data.

All numbers and deatils you used on one account are stored in eB/PP memory for loooong time and cannot be used on a new one.

Thanks for the reply, its looks like i'm going to have to open up a brand new bank account with another bank. If i was to use David smith just for example purpose for my ebay and paypal name would the name on the bank card need to match as well so that im fully verified also when it comes to the £1900 limit and they ask for ID is there any way around this on a stealth account?

You make the bank in your real name, paypal don't see your name when you withdraw/verify. Use a virtual credit card to confirm.
And yeah you have to send paypal ID
