right guys, finally someone has answered my question and thank you so much.....i have tried paypal accounts with uae and ksa, but unfortunately they become 180 holds straight away....so not good..

next question, does anyone know a way around it....if not you can shoot me...

Its exactly what everyone has been telling you

They have no 21 day holds, but they do get limited right away most the time and therefore are no good.

You will save yourself a lot of headaches if you just reorganise your business to be able to cope with 6/7 day holds on PayPal (you get down to this by adding tracking)

You now need to change the business model if you have already lost at least 2 paypal accounts.

Any reasons you can not try that?

these threads are so cringe worthy, op asks a question, people question ops question. Its quite simple why holds aren't nice to have. 1. Gives cash flow problems. 2. paypal can steal your money.
Really doesn't need 10 posts saying/insinuating ops a scammer or saying his business plans no good. I have 4-5k in paypals little held piggy bank now, can guarantee I'm still making lots of money.
Some people use paypal/ebay to fit their business plan, not make a business plan for ebay/paypal
