PayPal & Flash Cookies

Is it necessary if I have already deleted normal cookies and flash cookies to still create another Windows user account for a stealth PayPal account?

I won't be logging on to my normal PayPal account from this IP address or PC anymore so my question is would PayPal still be able to link my stealth PayPal and normal PayPal accounts just because of the Windows user account only?

create new profile on your PC, as long as you have changed your IP address the cookies/ISO flash cookies are kept seperate on each account so its good to the leave the history of these building up on each profile

PayPal is not seeing your windows user account name.

New profile is not necessary but is a very small effort/good precaution just in case something has not been properly deleted from history/cookies/flash objects... etc.. etc...

I understand a Virtual PC would also be ok with different IP address?
