How long to paypal take to verify invoices, 2 weeks+ counting

Hello Guys, Quick question how long do Paypal take these days to verify supplier invoices and contact information. I received the email from them 2 weeks ago stating my account had been put on hold pending further business information?

The usual invoices for items sold, supplier information, ID etc. all of which I sent the following day to them. However since then its been 15 days and still no updates from them! I have held back from calling them as its a stealth account but now wondering whether I should?

Could anyone please point me in the right direction or shed some further light is this normal etc?? Is calling in to follow up a good option or shall I just continue to wait patiently? Thanks

That's way too long for a limitation review.

Check in the Resolution Center that everything is showing either "Complete" or "In Progress". All the steps need to show this for them to actually look at what you have submitted. Chances are one of the limitation steps is still showing "To Do".

Thank you for the reply, I have checked the resolution center every day for the past 2 weeks. Everything has been confirmed and 4 parts they requested say "In progress"
