Confirming credit card

Hi guys coming up to a 1 year old stealth account with PayPal and it is telling me my credit card is about to expire. Can I just create a new credit card via entropy and add it to the account? Also if it asks me to confirm the credit card should I do this?
Apologies if these questions are already answered somewhere else but I couldn't see them on a search thanks

Add Entropay or a supermarket gift card - will ask you to click and confirm and drop a 1£ charge with a 4 digit code. Complete these steps.

Cheers guys don't ever remember confirming the credit card on there at the minute only the bank account was ever confirmed
