Default Didn't listen to using VCC for fees

Hi All

My Stealth PayPal has been banned, holding a balance with a little more than the eBay fees owed. Foolishly I was under the impression they hold your money for 180days to cover chargebacks but also eBay fees. I'm not trying to avoid paying these fees but always left that amount in PayPal to cover it so my question is can I wait this out till PayPal release my funds or is there a possibility if I was to ring them they will process the payment to eBay? The fees owed is just a little shy of £600.

Any advice will be much appreciated!

After the 180 days has passed then you would only be able to withdraw to your bank account

They won't let you pay the eBay fees with it I am afraid

Any Account of mine that has been banned in the past I just allow eBay to pull it from PayPal ( Must be setup as an automatic Payment method ) but note it sometimes lets them and sometimes not.

Thanks for the rapid response. The reason I came here for assistance is because eBay emailed me saying they tried to take the payment automatically with PayPal but couldn't. I know its not a good thing to do but can I avoid this for the 180days?

Well I know this community is strongly opposed against not paying fees and I can only assume for good reasons, I've heard they can and will find your real identity. I'm assuming its very unlikely but I'm worried worse consequences will occur due to avoiding the fees; I'm very much in the dark about the legalities of these accounts which is foolish of me and the reason I'm now trying to gain some further information.
Have you had experience with avoiding paying fees?

Please do not go there with fees avoision.

Sellers that do that make it hard for others trying to do the right thing.

You use the service - you pay the fees - avoision makes it harder for all sellers as time goes on

For £600 there is a higher risk that ebay will look to recover these fees owed - you can pay off the balance using a credit card or VCC

Thanks for the responses, I have no intention of not dodging the fees but always left the amount in PayPal so don't want to pay out of my pocket and wait 180days to regain it. Although it was my mistake and have to deal with the consequences. Thanks again for all the advice.
