i'm getting a little anxious now as i don't know what's going on..
i've just submitted id docs to lift limits. last stage shows to confirm bank or card.
initially i chose card, which was entro-pay card. they said i cant use that card to confirm.
so instead i do bank DD instruction. I submit instruction.
when i go back to resolution centre it still has the 'resolve' button, when i click it, it takes me to the same 'confirm bank' screen and when i click NEXT it just goes to my wallet page.. showing the bank as 'confirmed' already. Every time, same thing.
i thought when you do all this it should state 'under review' rather than still have the 'resolve' button?!
was told by a forum member here it may just be a glitch and to wait it out to see if limits are lifted. but i dont know if i'll just be waiting and waiting...
should i send them an email in contact centre? has this happened to anyone else? |

I've had all my ID's recovered within minutes. |

Probably won't work through messaging no, didn't for me anyway, had to ring them only question I was asked was what was the original phone number on the account, I don't have access to the that number but I have logged what it was and being able to tell them what it was meant my EU limit was passed easily. |

when you say 'original number' did you previously change the number to a new one, and they still asked for the first one instead of the current one?

ps. @green yes, my account just reached the limit then i sent docs a few minutes after. | I have 3 phone numbers linked to that account and have them all logged inboxin, I actually phoned the from a mobile phone with a SIM card in it that I keep just for ringing in on this particular account.
The rep realised of course I was ringing from a mobile and that was when he asked me for the original phone number the account had been set up with and I was half expecting something like that so had all the original account details in front of me, I could have told him the date of the first sale on the account, just about anything he could have asked me I would have been able to reply to. |

I have the same problem, not sure if it is good idea to contact paypal about anything. | Every time I've contacted them via messages, I just get the generic scripted reply that says 'We'd rather deal with this over the phone...'
I'm currently waiting for my docs to be reviewed. I hit the EU limit a week ago and sent the documents in 4 days ago. So far, I've heard nothing from them. I can't image I'll hear much over the weekend.
A forum member told me to wait 7 days and if I don't get an email, give them a call.
