Is your IP address static or Dynamic?
Also depends on weather your the only person using the PC or not.
If its Dynamic not to much of a problem but static is more of a problem you could always phone up your Internet provider and get them to change it, I did that before I got a dynamic IP, they don't like doing it but tell them you keep getting spammed and they will change it for you usually within 24 hours.
