Good luck to you. I haven't lost any sells when I signed up with managed payments.
I do like the managed payments over PayPal. Just have to wait a little longer for funds from sales to bank.

How are refunds working out, with it? And returned processing fees...?

Haven't had any returns. As far as refunding it is taken out of the available payout or billed to monthly invoice. I did have to do refund due to damage and that's how it was done

And what about the processing fees for the refund? Do you get them back, or are they keeping them like PP does?

I see that. Lol.
I like the managed payments. I have not had issues like I had with PayPal.
It's been smooth except holidays slowing up the payout to banks but other than that I am a happy sellef

You switched to managed payments with a stealth account? What did you enter when ebay asked for a social? I have a stealth business account currently and its tied to a paypal business account in the business name but attached to my social and deposited in account in my name. I am being forced by ebay to start managed payments and I don't know what to put in for social. Any help would be much appreciated.

With PayPal if you didn't have funds in your account, your PP balance would go into the negative to cover those refunds/claims.

How will this be done under Managed Payaments? Will the money be pulled out of your bank account? if so, will this be done as soon as a return/claim/dispute comes in? Is there any control over this?

They will take from any available balance and then charge the credit card on file. VCCs will have particular problems

US account refunds are paid from pending payments and if it doesn't cover it, it will be added to your monthly invoice.
Been on MP for about 10 mo. now.

many sellers sell low price items say 99 cents ,Paypal has micro payments,6 cents transaction fee and 6%.so 99 cents - 0.1194 =0.8706.
Sell 100 at 99 cents,seller keeps 87 dollars.

I’m sorry if you already answered this but can you please tell me does your eBay account info match the info you gave Adyen (your real name/address etc.) or were you able to keep your stealth info on EBay and sign up for managed payments with your real info? So you were suspended 5-6 years ago...you signed up for MP. How is that going for you? I just got asked to sign up with my account that is now 6 years old. Previously I had gotten kicked on another account - so I went totally stealth.

I don't want to give up my business after 6 years. I'm doing well.

I had sales and it took less than 24 hours for the processing of first payment.
It went to available payout last night and when I checked this morning it had moved to payout and was sent to bank.

I received an email from eBay stating they had done payout and expect it in 3 to 4 days.
I did notice it shows sales processing and also in that record of sales there is also holds. Mine was processing. Not sure if the hold is used for new eBay sellers like PayPal uses at eBay's request for new accounts. Luckily no hold as eBay account is over a yr old.

No issues with lack of sales as sales have remained steady.
So far pleased. Very easy to transition.

This is real account not stealth. Have been previously banned in eBay and PayPal about 5 years ago.

Glad its all done well going through because just recently PayPal started asking for tax info.

When I got invite it, when I clicked to start it kept saying I couldn't do managed payment until I got the invite, however I did get invite.
I finally realized I had to go in and remove global shipping in My listings and gave it about 15 min and tried to sign up for managed payments and it let me at that time.
Currently global shipping is not available and any global shipping orders have to go through PayPal.
