But then if you're using a stealth account that doesn't contain your real name / address you open up another can of worms ... did you pay tax on your income ? was the products you earned your money from non-copyright infringing goods / VERO goods ?
If both of the above are OK and the money is in the thousands it will be worth getting a lawyer to write up a letter to send in to ebays liable account claims department to have those funds released.
| I would just change the details to real details , secure all accounts details on ebay after consulting a solicitor so that they are in a form which is accepted by courts
and if ebay should claim later anything about other details you just claim it is your account and you have no knowledge of any other people
of course it would only work with a restricted account but not a suspended one as personal details could not be changed anymore , most managed payments accounts get restricted though unless you sent in doctored docs , in that case they take you out like ninjas , silently |
