I know this is a US thread. I am in the UK and have had my account banned permanently, tried appealing and nothing, only realised after that my home address and paypal address are different(never updated paypal when I moved).
Anyway I made a sale and now have money stuck in managed payments. I spoke to ebay who said several times that 60 days from suspension money will be automatically sent to my bank.
60 days is today and no money has been sent. Is it exactly 60 days does anyone know or could it be sent later today or have I been lied to?
Any help appreciated |

| new accounts get kicked all the time , you need to call in
and of course it is better to open many new accounts , the more the better
you open 200-300 accounts and can easily get 10-20 strong accounts out of it |

I have 4 eBay account and all is suspended and stuck $3000 Payment. I have contact on 1 account because it's passed 90 day of suspension but eBay say me
"You will have to approach your state regulatory authorities.
You will have to go through the escheatment process as per your state regulatory body. eBay moves your funds to a eBay liable account and you will have to claim it."
anyone know what is the time out time? when is end? 180 days ? or More???
"the funds will site in your available for payout until it has timed out."
Now i don't know what i need to do? |

| Sounds like they expect you to use your real details, approach a solicitor and have them write to ebay for the release of the funds.
But then if you're using a stealth account that doesn't contain your real name / address you open up another can of worms ... did you pay tax on your income ? was the products you earned your money from non-copyright infringing goods / VERO goods ?
If both of the above are OK and the money is in the thousands it will be worth getting a lawyer to write up a letter to send in to ebays liable account claims department to have those funds released. |

| I would just change the details to real details , secure all accounts details on ebay after consulting a solicitor so that they are in a form which is accepted by courts
and if ebay should claim later anything about other details you just claim it is your account and you have no knowledge of any other people
of course it would only work with a restricted account but not a suspended one as personal details could not be changed anymore , most managed payments accounts get restricted though unless you sent in doctored docs , in that case they take you out like ninjas , silently |
