In response, we created a new ebay account with a new contact person, but kept the owner's name / company on paypal- and ebay apparently never checked it / cared. We've had the new store for 9 years.
My question is - has enough time elapsed where we'd be ok entering the blocked owner's name for our current company when registering for ebay's new payment system.

I was previously blocked and use all real info. But, I did move to another state so there is a lot of new info I was able to use.
eBay never had my social security number before. I had to give it for managed payments
