Not currently selling on eBay, banned from paypal multiple times, never banned from eBay. As a result I don't sell on eBay now. Waiting years to be able to sell using adyen. Not quite sure how to have that happen. DO I need to make a new account or start selling on the old one and just reach a volume threshold. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would just get the account prep by logging in and browsing. I would contact eBay to see if you can activate it earlier. I just applied for MP still waiting for reply back. I had to upload docs.
