1099 Managed Payments

Ebay is getting ready switch me to the Managed Payments and i was wondering if it will be like paypal 200 sales and 20,000K before you get a 1099
Is ebay Managed Payments same as paypal for a 1099?

No way to know for sure since its a brand new system and nobody ahs the experience with it yet.
We can only assume that the IRS regulations would apply to them same as they do for paypal.

From my experience last year I sold over 200 items but under 20k (around 16-17k) and two MP accounts and no 1099 was issued.

So it seems like in order for a 1099 to be issued you need to hit both 200 and 20k.
