MC011 on MP funds being held

Anyone receive a MC011 selling restriction on MP and have had their funds released?

I have 3 accounts that have gotten the mc011 selling restriction and eBay is not releasing the funds on them. The oldest restriction is a month and a half long. Funds still being held. There is a notice on the account saying the funds are on hold until I can resolve the restriction.

I had an MC011 occur on a MP account in 2019, but they released my funds as per the usual payout schedule. I guess things are getting more strict.

Hopefully after 3-6 months they release funds similar to paypal's policy, but was hoping someone could chime in with their experiences.

Have you messaged eBay regarding this issue? Have they stated they would release funds within a certain time period?

time has changed,Ebay would not be releasing fund early no matter how you plead with them

Why cant you resolve the MC011, usually it is for invoices, ID or to clear out your return requests or items not received and you can give them what they want within 4 weeks and have the accounts back up working

They told me 21 days but that was a complete lie and the funds are still on hold.

Did you payout get released 3 months after first blocked payout, last blocked payout or 3 months after you received MC011? Also did you have to pay the seller fees before the payout was released?

so you stated that it was 3months until you received payment

Just had my funds released. It's 60 days from your last payment (sale) to get your funds.

Also, you must verify your identity if they ask. Without the ID/Utility Bill they probably won't ever give you the funds.

If you can't provide receipts they'll most likely keep you restricted, but will release the funds if you provide proof of identity.
