Ebay account got hit with MC011 with managed payment

So my ebay account got hit with MC011 and then now they tell me I can not sell at all. I am not too sure what to do, and I have big amount of funds in the managed payment. I asked if I can transfer it but they told me I can't, and that I need to wait until 6 months and get it from the state? Any one have any tips doing this?

What is the reason for your suspension? Did you convert your stealth to real and then sign up with MP? Or was this MP stealth?

i think a buyer reported me for something and they put my account in this MC011, didn't expect one buyer can do that?

Then I am not too sure, but I had 24 canceled order that the order wanted me to cancel due to shipping and etc, but that was spread of two months. I still don't know what alert it,

i sold everything. I have about 10k in it, can't even take it out :(. i have 8000 reviews and then they just kill it, it is so strange. Did nothing wrong

The name is legit through managed payment but the name to the account isn't, so i m wondering how they are going to do it. Cause managed payment require legit information, i used one of my employee name for the account but the managed payment is my legit name. So I am not too sure, but reading from the other post, after 3-4 months they just transfer it so I am not too sure.

I have dealt with a bunch of scammer recently too, alot of people open cases that the item is damage and they return nothing, or item is lost by USPS, which I end up refunding them anyway. But ya business suck so far since Convid19 until now. I got customer switching out items, returning empty boxes and reutrning cause they don't like it but they make you pay for shipping cause they put it as it is damage. So ya it is pretty bad
