 Here is what happens on US manage payment sign up
if anyone who is new to managed payments has not signed up for it, here is what the problem is. Got the email with the date saying you must sign up by certain date. When you sign up they do ask on US site for last 4 digits of SS number. You can just input anything but after a couple of days they will ask you to update, which means they must use a computer system to check the last 4 against the birthdate. You are now bascially blocked if your info is ####. I have a question has anyone had any luck with submitting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id with #### name on it. They asked to verify bank with 2 deposits and to upload an ID. With paypal the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID's never worked after having experience of trying many times with it over years. I think stealth accounts really might be in trouble.
