It’s amazing on how they can do this so annoyed at the moment I’ve got 2 accounts with this now both with Anna bank I’ve gone past the 10k mark now and the other on 3k

Rather know one way or the other this why we changing all the others out prior to any blocks.Ill also change the bank on the ones with suspensions of MP to high st before sending documents to see if that also gets a response.

The accounts they’ve requested this on are real and are not selling any VeRo items so yes I’ve submitted docs but not heard nothing back nor have been reinstated.

there are probably tens of thousands , if not hundreds of thousands such accounts so that probably they will need months to process everything

I think your right but I find thats very unfair that a seller should have to wait months to have there account verified when eBay should of done this in the first place as part of there registration process for Managed Payments.

I got these responses after many contact with ebay care.
they apologized for the long time I had to wait and asked me continue to wait without any positive announcements.

I have been waiting for 1 of account which was initially passed MP after uploading ID but out of blue they asked again and restricted the account its been nearly 4 weeks

Then in the email they asked to upload ID and bank statement, its uk account but documents page taking to ebay usa page
Contacted many times no luck many of agent said they email the compliance team and no reply at all

I think not because I have another 2 accounts with Anna linked to them and they just working fine unless there in eBay’s pipe line and they’ll be put on hold soon.

from what I know it is all connected to the banks in some way and all these banks provide virtual accounts to international customers. I am surprised ANNA got this as well , it could be connected to railsbank

my best guess is that they suspended a lot of accounts in the last year or so and analyzed which banks were used by suspended accounts disproportionately and then blocked all other accounts using the same providers. and ANNA could have become a problem because of the other customers of railsbank

this is a residence issue , ebay probably blocked payoneer and some others because they provided virtual accounts to non-residents.

local banks would only open accounts for residents. in the UK for example you need to be resident , have an address , credit history and residence permit if you are not a citizen. in the US probably the same additionally with SSN

the chances in the EU are much better because there are many banks in various EU countries that open accounts with online verification. Most sellers using stealth and real accounts open up in the EU for this very reason as UK/USA bank accounts are out of reach for people not living in these countries

Has anyone got a payout from a suspended eBay account with the "payout block" mentioned in this thread?
To clarify, some of my suspended accounts got "IMPORTANT NOTICE from eBay Managed Payments - Your Action is Needed" notice, which placed a payout block on the account. So there is Suspension+Payout block on these accounts. It's been over 85 days now from suspension date and the funds still have not been released to the bank.

On stealth accounts no but on real accounts yes it’s been removed after a month, it’s compliance verification.

Yes both were connected with Anna and banks have now been changed to high street banks
