this is a residence issue , ebay probably blocked payoneer and some others because they provided virtual accounts to non-residents.

local banks would only open accounts for residents. in the UK for example you need to be resident , have an address , credit history and residence permit if you are not a citizen. in the US probably the same additionally with SSN

the chances in the EU are much better because there are many banks in various EU countries that open accounts with online verification. Most sellers using stealth and real accounts open up in the EU for this very reason as UK/USA bank accounts are out of reach for people not living in these countries

Has anyone got a payout from a suspended eBay account with the "payout block" mentioned in this thread?
To clarify, some of my suspended accounts got "IMPORTANT NOTICE from eBay Managed Payments - Your Action is Needed" notice, which placed a payout block on the account. So there is Suspension+Payout block on these accounts. It's been over 85 days now from suspension date and the funds still have not been released to the bank.

On stealth accounts no but on real accounts yes it’s been removed after a month, it’s compliance verification.

Yes both were connected with Anna and banks have now been changed to high street banks

Yes both were restricted whilst on Anna however I don’t think that was the issue I actually had to issue eBay a Statuary Demand notice for the funds they had on hold as it was running into the 10’s of thousands and everything they requested was provided however funds were still not released called them every day and was lied to so I issued notice through the Gov.Uk website and literally within 3 days I had a call from Dublin apologising and informing me my accounts have now been verified and the restriction removed also I have another account with Anna and that’s just running fine not sure if they’ll hit that with an restriction in the future.

did you continue selling while restricted? as far as I remember you wrote initially that those were low turnover accounts with something like 3K and 5K turnover there

They were high turnover accounts doing roughly 3k a day and yes I continued selling on the accounts which had real details as everything was above board so under the impression of nothing to worry about however they really took the piss I continued to sell for just over a month until I issued notice.

Stealth account I did not continue to sell there’s just over £600 in there and I doubt I’ll be getting that back.

It just shows that if your running stealth and you’ve managed to get on MP in the UK irrespective of how long you’ve been receiving payments eventually your account will be reviewed and funds stolen.

No stealth was on Starling and the 2 real accounts were hit at the same time and the stealth roughly about a week later.

this means they were probably not connected. I would guess that high volumes were the reason on the 2 real ones

and regarding stealth , had it actually already passed verification? or was it one of those message where they asked to update details or send in ID?

No stealth moved over to MP but then payout hold was applied and I was requested to upload ID

my account was banned after i submitted my ID and bank account.

Is it a good idea to change the bank first and then submit documents with the new bank account that would hopefully be under less scrutiny?
