Default Are new accounts automatically in MP?

I understand some users are having success converting old stealths into MP by just submitting real details but how would I create new stealths?

They ask for the last for digits of my SSN right off the bat. Should I still use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name still?

You must use real details. A real name with the correct SSN and DOB and a matching bank account.
There simply is no way to create additional stealth accounts anymore.

stealth details may only work for a limited time and the account will be frozen at some point

I think ebay backed down from the strict requirement for matching bank accounts. Some of my accounts don't have matching bank accounts, and so far they're fine.

I doubt for long sooner or later your accounts(s) will be pulled for compliance and then fail verification as they do not match exactly.

I am not so sure if mismatched names are even an issue because stealth accounts need easy to open bank accounts which are not provided by major banks but by smaller financial companies. the same applies to various types of fraud by the way , they mostly use well known online account providers where it is possible to open many accounts regularly and that is done with completely matching names

I was surprised myself when I was buying some bitcoin as it turns out there are mafia-like outfits that pull in people in whose name they open accounts with online providers in large quantities so that there are various BTC resellers who can afford changing bank details constantly but always within the same type of organizations

most problems with banks come from virtual and online bank accounts like Wise , Monzo , Bunq , and baltic states account providers with bank accounts located in Latvia , Estonia and Lithuania . There people are able to open tons of stealth accounts which all have matching names. And as I wrote above with some providers they can even open loads of real accounts in the name of real people so that eventually the problem is not in matching or mismatching names but in the actual companies that provide those accounts.

with major banks something like this would be very hard to do while it is indeed easy with virtual/online accounts available to non residents. for that reason I think that ebay will continue the purge of virtual bank accounts from MP so that in the future only those providers would be used that offer services to residents only and I also think they will eventually ban the use of non local bank accounts for EU sellers as nearly all stealth and otherwise problematic accounts in the EU would use bank accounts outside of their country of registration
