Just got 1099k for my LLC/EIN ebay and it was issued to my name not LLC

So all this talk about 1099k's being released to the LLC/EIN yet my 1099k says my personal name and business address on it. There is no mention of my LLC name. Does this mean the 1099k was processed through my ssn? It has on it payee's tin as last 4 of my ssn wtf is going on.
And yes I updated my LLC and EIN in 2021 probably in february 2021.

IF this actually happened to send to your SS number, ebay made a mistake(paypal also has made mistakes) and it is a simple w9 form to fill out.

It is no big deal at all and if you are using a single member LLC without an S election, it makes zero difference anyways.

Does ebay fill out the w9 form to change it or do I with IRS without telling them?

When did you add the ein?
You sure it was feb 2021 & not 2022

Most small accounts were not even forced into
Mp till April 2021
Unless you had big seller Ac & you enrolled early

Which Option did you choose
Sole prop / Single member llc
or Corp/multi member llc option

On the 1099k, what is the last four numbers they are showing, your ss or ein?

And a W9 would be through ebay. If it gone to the EIN, I would not do anything at all. If it gone to your SS but your LLC is not S elected, then I would do nothing at all.

last four are ssn showing on 1099k and my name but they used my business address not personal address. Yes LLC that is S elected.

single member llc option , my name also matches the Ein/LLC but I need that 1099k in my EIN.

Also I spoke to ebay they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours and never did.

I have accounting degree & have filled taxes both
Personal and some s corps in the past
Although not expert in llc / Corp thing or a cpa

One placed you have mentioned you chose single member llc option
Another place it says you are s selected

(Unless when you enrolled into mp you were single member llc then upgraded llc to s Corp later this doesn’t make sense)

Just to be clear
Are you schedule c guy or you actually have 1120 s Corp which this 1099k is supposed to go

If you are schedule c guy yankee is correct whether they send it to ssn or llc ein you just file schedule c

If you have 1120 Corp this will cause problem as you are suppose to file your Corp taxes using the 1099k then file your personal after
If ebay is unable to help you may have to contact irs to sort this out
