Hello,

Does eBay press charges if you are caught using a bank account with your name using MP? I want to get a stealth account but I also don’t want to go to jail for fraud either. How does this work?

You can ask the stealth account seller if the account comes with a "Get out of Jail " free card.

eBay doesn't care about mis-matched names on the bank account as long as the micro-deposits work.

eBay doesn’t care.. your concern should be with the bank if they accept mismatched names or not and the IRS with taxes.

EBay and generally banks do not care about mismatched names, if you used your own social security number IRS will not care either.

OP, the "jail for fraud" wouldn't be a big concern unless you are doing high illegal sales (as a thought)
