I actually got a 1099 in the mail this year from eBay. The last 4 of my SSN were on it but my EIN was in full. Is there an option to opt out of mailing a 1099?

i don't think you can opt out, how else would you get it - i could be wrong though

I dont think there is an option,but you can go to your Ebay account and change it to a non deliverable address where you receive mail,

make up an address which does not EXIST,yes,I agree it is a stupid idea.
PAYPAL gives you an option if you do not want a physical copy mailed to you or you want both online PDF and physical copy,but it sounds like Ebay does not give you a choice.
STUPID QUESTION BEGETS A STUPID ANSWER.
