Getting Money Out Of A Suspended Account Since November

WHat do you do to get your money released? Account has around $1000 and was suspended back in November. Called them 2 months after it was suspended and the rep said it would be released within 170 days. Way passed that now.

Tried calling them now and wasn't getting anywhere with them. Sent an email and responded to the message. All they sent was a canned response on why it was suspended.

Is it a stealth account?
I have a theory about this, maybe it's a little crazy, but I think that when the platform realizes that the account is secret they simply don't return the money and you take it for themselves, you know that in the end we can't complain.
it's just an idea

I email them like a week ago and they send this, a canned message:

It's a spectrum one. I got it when they were running the promotion of getting $700 credit plus the trade in value of your phone when you open up a new line.

I got perm suspended on April 26th of this year and got paid out today for the money that was remaining on the account. That's little over two months.

The classic and same reason as the OP "activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk". Should have mentioned that in my response, sorry about that. The day I was perm banned was the same day I made top seller, I was bummed lol
