MC019NOTICE TRADEMARK breach ?

I have never got this notice till date but like you and i am buying cosmetics basically from anywhere it get cheap and selling worldwide!Mostly i am buying from USA wholesalers and shipping it to Asia and EU and vice a versa.
I list everything for auction and recently i am not allow to list certain brands for less than 3 days auction.This includes brands like Dolce and Gabbana,Davidoff,Gerogio beverally hills. which has huge demand.I rang my ebay account assistant and he told me these brands are white listed and dont sell them.You might get ban on ebay.
I got somewhat idea why it is the case reading this thread.Thanks for starting it.

i had the same problem this week with a high street retail store contacting ebay regarding the use of their images. I had all those listings removed and my paypal limited straight away! Shux.. its a stealth account and only had £137 in there. They want everything.. bank account, tel number, invoices, etc... I'm going to write paypal and let them know I no longer want to do business with them

who no one is realizing is that all these reports are coming from addreses that do not belong to nyx. google their website and you will see that they dont have the email addresses that you were reported from. that email address is a free web based email account. is probably and ebayer who sells same items like you and doenst want you too sell as it is your competition. it happened the same tome, i was reported from a free email address that didnt belong to the company and ebay didnt check who was indeed who sent the email they just assumed it was the company. is highly likely if you search by that email address you will see there is an ebayer with that email address selling same items . nyx doesnt sell on ebay just in stores.. it happened to me and ebay nevefr checked the genuinity to the person reporting me thye just removed my ads . i suggest you report that ebayer/email address as being a free websased email address and a bogus person trying to pretend they are nyx. you will sere that if you email that email address yuou will never get a reply because they are bogus
