Default Listing Used (vErO) items on EBAY

Hey there.
Just wondering, I have some high badged, high priced Vero items. If I put them under used on ebay do I have to justify their authenticity or not?
Thanks

Yes, you still have to provide proof of purchase. And some overzealous VER O owners will still remove your listings even if you list it with a photo of the original retail receipt. Some VE RO owner play real dirty and remove even genuine used goods sold by the little guy.

Shocking. I can get my hands on a few vero handbags. Probably good ⊗⊗⊗⊗, and if the price is low then I think most people work out the deal. As long as I state I do not know the authenticity of the bag then I'm covered from a sellers point of view arent i?

If you STATE that you do not know the authenticity of the bag - you're asking to be shutdown. As a seller, you are EXPECTED to know everything about your items.

Handbags are very high risk and dangerous to sell from the start.

Risk brings reward I guess...Whats the best tactic with it then? I believe theres plenty of people who will pay £100 for a perfect copy of a £1000 handbag

Well - asking for "tactics" is asking for business model. While I have NO knowledge of handbag sales, I am kind of doubting people will post the way they conduct business in an open forum likes this.

Like all "good" sales, trial and error is the way I guess - see what works and try it but I will say again that the category is dangerous =( I don't condone Ve Ro.

All the best

Other folx might chime in but this forum is mainly geared for discussing ideas on starting and operating stealth accounts.

Selling Ve Ro and non-authentic items are certainly done by some folx but the forum itself does not discuss "How to sell" tactics. Maybe other folx will chime in but, I am not being mean with you or anything, I lack knowledge on this stuff.

All the best though.

Stands to reason if you post hinting you've knowledge, you'll get flooded to spoonfed the mob.

Of course you do, Cariad. You have to justify breathing at times to survive on ebay.

Dont be spruiking here about getting foo-foo items and wanting to be enbabled to sell them. We dont (entirely) do that.....if you get my drift which I'm sure you do

I suggest you using the SEARCH facility as it's going to open up a wealth of info.

Is it against the rules to talk about these things then? Thanks for the search advice, I was hoping to get some live comments on it. I tried to search VERO ITEMS but the search seems to tell me that the word is too small to search?
