| Well it seems like you have now corrected your listing as to remove the brand name from the image and text, though this is still ebay that we are talking about, if you have a proven record for trademark infringement then they may remove them.
Also they could remove the item if they believe them to be fa kes or if the VERO flags them.
Your e bay account is likely to come under more scrutiny in the near future so it could be a good idea to let it rest, or even sell some genuine items for a while :thumb:
edit: I just noticed that you seperated the brand name out in your listing title :doh:
