Sold some wristbands.now trouble -quick help

hey guys, So i sold a few trademarked wristbands and most of them got removed but they left the ones up where I didn't have a clear picture showing the item brand name and where I changed the listing title to wristband for and separated the brand name so it'd still pop up if it was searched for.. I got hit with the MC09 today for the ones that I didn't list like this but i was wondering if theres a way they could hit me for these other ones too?

Well it seems like you have now corrected your listing as to remove the brand name from the image and text, though this is still ebay that we are talking about, if you have a proven record for trademark infringement then they may remove them.

Also they could remove the item if they believe them to be fa kes or if the VERO flags them.

Your e bay account is likely to come under more scrutiny in the near future so it could be a good idea to let it rest, or even sell some genuine items for a while

edit: I just noticed that you seperated the brand name out in your listing title
