Hit for What?
 

so an account got hit for something I think is totally silly.
I don't touch anything vero or name brand, trade mark none of that.

so an account gets hit over an accessory.

its not a brand
it has no trademark
its nothing... its just plain old vanilla *widget* and its being sold as such. on the cheap under $10

its like selling a designer inspired anything and having the trademark people come down on you... as far as I know the whole designer inspired industry is 100% legit.


i'd like to email the person in the MC email and ask them where they get off but im sure that will result in more then nothing.

luck of the draw, i guess these "rights holders" can pretty much shoot down anything they want... next they'll start targeting honda civics because the seat print pattern doesn't sit well with them that morning.

when selling a designer inspired item, it's not a good idea to mention the designer in the title or description of the auction.
bots can pick that up.
