 Hit for What?
so an account got hit for something I think is totally silly.
I don't touch anything vero or name brand, trade mark none of that.
so an account gets hit over an accessory.
its not a brand
it has no trademark
its nothing... its just plain old vanilla *widget* and its being sold as such. on the cheap under $10
its like selling a designer inspired anything and having the trademark people come down on you... as far as I know the whole designer inspired industry is 100% legit.
i'd like to email the person in the MC email and ask them where they get off but im sure that will result in more then nothing.
luck of the draw, i guess these "rights holders" can pretty much shoot down anything they want... next they'll start targeting honda civics because the seat print pattern doesn't sit well with them that morning.  |
