trade mark violation?
i had 2 buy-it-now listings taken down by ebay at the request of the manufacturer because they claim i am selling counterfeit items.
i took home taken pictures of the actual real item... not stock photos
i priced the listing 15-20% below MAP so i can under cut the other sellers whos also selling the same items, so i can flip the items quick (low margin, high volume sales tactic)
is the manufacturer just policing the bay for people selling it too cheaply and automatically deeming it to be counterfeit?
i am an authorized dealer (brick n mortar), but locally i must sell @ MAP, but i am trying to privately flip inventory online selling below MAP
