Filing a counter-notice with a stealth eBay account

Has anybody had any success filing a counter-notice with a stealth eBay account (VeRO). If so please explain how you did it any any suggestions you might have. Thanks in advance

Game has changed heaps in the past 7 months ( give or take).

Used be that the MC019 was the suspension notice that one could appeal against.

Below is a well defined thread

Problem is ebay has changed the codes & the actual grounds for appeal are different.
Cases are on appeal at the moment as I type :spy:

Users should look over this thread thoroughly to get an idea. To back your efforts up, I would also give you this site

Tabberone. Great fabrics and collectibles.

Tabbi has been a user here for a long long time. Her knowledge written up on her site is the nitty-gritty of making an appeal.

There are standards that must be meet to file a counter-claim. Each case will differ.

Thanks.... I've had success with filing counter-notices in the past but I
havent done one with a stealth account as yet. I've read that some people just do nothing, let it cool off and then re-list. Just wandering if I filed a counter-notice ( on Stealth Account ) would I jeapodize losing the account or could I get away with it.

I am of the school that one does whatever one can to save an account.
In other words I fight to keep them until ebay/paypal axe them

Your choice.

ebay is at a different level now on this situation , unless your a top rated seller - good luck in appealing vero items now.

but do try and appeal , always try and learn . (they can only say no) and if they do , dump/sell all your stock and move onto another idea
