It's very well known fact really, Ebay has people who also check on items and they themselves can determine if your item is breaking any of their rules.....

Always take your own pictures, I sell a lot of brand new items and used to just use stock photos, but now I use all my own pictures and it does make a big difference

EBay tends to look at listings with stock photos more closely because they cannot see exactly what item that you have in your possession

It's funny that.

Then they offer you a stock image along with stock information when you file through the the Sell an Item process on items in almost every category.
