Is it authentic? Have you got the invoices to prove to authentic? Have you got the right holders permission to sell on eBay?

Prepare to be sued.
The fact that he wont tell you where he got them from and he wants you to sell them says volumes.
If he was going to sell them himself, he wouldnt have revealed that he had them in the first place.

Hahahahaha...

He needs YOU to sell them so he doesn't get arr/ested.

He more than likely sto/le them from a seiz/ure since local facilities have the ability to hold/inspect packages as well. And, like dru/gs, no one is going to claim ill/egal count/erf/eits. So, he let's you in on this sweet deal.

OP, your name fits you so well.

Heard the song Goodbye Yellow Brick Road?
He is conning you big time.

Your accounts will be zapped, killed, suspended.

Rosetta Stone are the worst for onselling of their items. They police their stock & its distribution. They are SAVAGE

Sounds very much like these fell off the back of a truck as well.

Do not sell them anywhere. Expect the Feds to visit at some point.

Rosetta Stone is one of the hardest items to sell on eBay, I had a legit one receipts and everything which really does not matter

I eventually sold it but it was taken down from a power seller account and TRS account, I eventually sold it on a one day auction on a regular account but eBay is not the place for this item

You probably need to be an authorized seller and need to submit documents and get eBays permission if u r looking to sell this item

It's dead easy to spot a f@ke Rosetta Stone. The people that speak on the CD will have a slight Guangdong accent.

You cannot sell Rosetta Stone no matter if it's genuine or not.
The company's sale policy states that only authorized resellers can sell their products, no exceptions. Even if you bought one single copy from a retail outlet and don't want it anymore and has never even unwrapped it, you still cannot sell it. The VeRO owners WILL take your listing down and might even take legal actions against you for violating their strict resale policies.

Tell him to sell it himself so that he can deal with the inevitable fallout.

Tell Bryan the truth about that product. I sold them years ago, I sold the China special (why lie, I need a beer), its how I got started. I didn't know any better.

I finally was able to find a good supplier for some Rosetta Stone products. These copies were the best around. I didn't get taken down by returns from customers, I got taken down by the Rosetta Stone company. Out of all of the China Specials products I have ever sold they are the hardest to deal with. Lost very good accounts in the process.

The last of my stock, about 30 boxes, I just threw in the dumpster inside a trash bag. After that I started going legit.

Good posting OP - way to be proactive and not just jump into selling.

Rosetta Stone attempts-at-selling would doom your account.

@yotano, /golfclap - I tried once selling a legit one - that was so hard and then I read about all the bootlegs out there - was tough indeed
