How do the big guys do it?
Hey guys, I've heard about some of the bigger Amazon sellers who have legal teams and lots of outside help keeping their accounts in good order. Especially now, it can be hard to stay in favor, even when you do everything right. Even one ticked off, determined buyer or competitor can do you in. I'd really like to build a stable account and build a rock solid brand, for once, without having the account cut down mid-process for any number of reasons.
Ideally this would mean retaining the services an experienced team who has a good communication history with Seller Performance, as well as helping with issues such as ungating certain categories like Food and Grocery (i.e. exactly which distributor invoices are accepted and how to best compose requests to Amazon). In short, I really need an agent and bodyguard for the account, to keep it in top shape and far away from the cliff's edge.
Does anyone have recommendations for such a thing - a person or team who is trustworthy and experienced enough to protect us and help us grow beyond the sapling stage?
