Default Verify a claim of being in the brand registry

Hello, someone wrote me saying my attached listing is a violation because they are in the brand registry.

How do I verify this is in fact true? I am not going to pull my attached listing if they are making it up.

Who is this "someone"? Is it a legit e-mail? Too often competition will just try and bring you down - your decision to make.

Hey guys,

It's not from Amazon. The email is from a rival, the owner of the listing. They claim they are in the brand registry, but I have heard this is often BS.

If you know he is the owner of the listing then why you taking risk to sell product into his listing?

Even if he is not in brand registry he will can report you and ask amaozn to remove your listing

Creat your own, how would you feel after selling month or years somone come and start selling in your listing?

By putting his trademark in the title most of sellers who created living they use their own brand in the title that's enough for AZ to remove seller

Yes many many times I have many trademark registered they normally remove within 24 Hours

This not only to kick other seller from your own listing this also help to report other listing who using your TM they even remove the whole listing

Most people are actually lying when they say this. These people are just ****ty people trying to scare you off the listing. If your product is exactly the same one on the listing you should have nothing to worry about, you are also protected under the first sale doctrine.

However if your product is generic and his has his brand logo on it, you are in the wrong.

If he claims his product has a warranty you are in the wrong, since you cant honor a manufactures warranty.

His product is the same generic bull**** everyone else gets, he claimed some brand registry garbage, which is comic.

I understand that the brand registry has a purpose, but it was not intended for this end around to deny people attaching to your listings.
