My account was just suspended by Amazon for too many returns, refunds and negative feedback...you know the same ole story. This account was used for dropshipping but now I would like to get into FBA. If Amazon is handling the items that I am selling, wouldn't it be very unlikely to get to suspended ??
Thanks

Amazon don't like dropshipping period, too many returns, refunds and neg feedback would also be all you needed as you found to get banned, using FBA does not give you an easier ride, you will still have to deal with everything cleanly at your end
Thanks for your reply....I would think it would be easier with FBA, that is the whole idea behind it....99% of my returns, refunds, and neg fb were shipping issues and damages.
Sorry but what exactly do you mean everything on my end.
Just your packaging and shipping off to the Amazon warehouses on a regular consistent basis and keeping track of what sells and how much stock you have with them
FBA will avoid most of the problems since Amazon will be dealing with customer service. If you ship an item to Amazon after they receive it, they will handle the rest. It is a safe way unless the quality of the product is not good and then you start receiving a lot of return.
