Signed up for amazon yesterday, got over 10 orders and dispatched the items asap. Woke up this morning and got the following message:

Hello,

Your selling activity did not pass our review process. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk and your offers have been removed from that site.

If you would like to sell on Amazon.co.uk, please send us more information about your business. To do so, click the “Appeal” button next to this message on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....fications.html).

In your appeal, be sure to include all applicable information listed under the “How to expedite an account review” section of our “Account Reviews” page in Seller Central Help.

Amazon normally send this message if:

1: they have linked you in some way
2: the items you are selling are susceptible to counterfeits.

Go over how you made the account again and if you are selling high risk items it's not advisable on a brand new account

what kind of product do you sell ? how much money you make with 10 orders ?
You should take it slow on a new account

Make the account don't sell anything for the first 2 weeks or so.

List a few items after this. Items that are less risk. You have to age the account a little before listing a lot of items.

Just appeal and tell your story to amazon. You have not been linked or would have been suspended.

Something triggered their suspicion. My GUESS is that it was the item you listed. Because for that many sales so quickly, it must have been something popular at a lower than normal price. So, now they want to know WHERE you are getting your merchandise from.

With ANY new account, it is best to take it slow and list mostly low risk items at first. Once you have built up some trust, THEN you can list the higher risk stuff.

This suspension has nothing to do with being linked inless you was on a dirty ip.Its about your items and selling activity,yes even accounts only one day old can get the boot.Normally in this instance a good appeal can help you get your account back.Proof of inventory being real.Dont try to shift blame for anything.Also check your ip's.Theres no way to tell if your on one thats been used before.Remember you only get limited ips locally from a certain pool of the in your area.Eventually youllget repeats more and more.If you notice your getting random suspensions that seem irrevlent to your account activity its because amazon caught you on a dirty ip.I notice they hand you thesame suspension as the previous account using that ip.This is from my experience with public vpns and servers
