Just moved to Canada but im currently in China. What VPN or service should I use?

So I'm looking to see what is the best way to setup a new account. I'm looking to Setup a Canadian Ebay/Paypal OR purchase one. I would like to make sure my account doesn't get suspended, how what VPN or service provider would you recommend? I'm not too concerned about withdrawing funds, I will circulate funds to repurchase inventory.

Or should i use or make a chinese account?

The Canadian account is in my opinion the best to have. You can easily register as a Canadian and ship from China location. I already do this myself.

I live in Canada but I think the UK accounts are worth checking out as well. The UK Store subscriptions have more value.

Be careful. Most, if not all major VPN ip's will be on blacklists (www.whoer.net/ext for a quick check) and will quickly get your paypal limited. kowloonwolfpack's suggestion might be a good one, since the VPN he recommends is aimed at paypal users on here.

Are buyers more likely to buy from US vendors overall? I grew up in the US and e-commerce online was great! But now im comparing to Canada and I feel the market is very limited.

Whether I make a US or Canada account what should I state for item location? I do plan to have products that are selling well in distribution centers in Canada/US.

In general, traffic for US ecommerce is much higher than Canada ecommerce.

If you want high volume of sales with lower prices then list in US but then you should adjust to the prices in that specific market that you will be targeting by optimizing your shipping method etc

If you want low volume of sales then list in Canada as it is not that competitive and you can easily get 100%+ ROI on most niches but sales are SLOW, imo at least 8-15 times difference in sales.
