Phone verification CA Paypal

i'm freelancer and i use a CA paypal to receive payments from my clients.

last 3 days paypal ask me to verify my phone number wehn i try to send money from account.

i try to verify number phone with bulkcode but not work.

may I know when u asked to verify phone, do you have any vcc or bank account linked to your paypal? How long have you used this paypal before they start asking you to verify your phone number?

The Account not linked with any bank or vcc ( i try to link the account with a vcc after but still ask me to verify my phone number ) .. also paypal ask me to verify my phone number from the fist try to send money from the account .. i have another account with the same infos of this account and work good and i can transfer money from this second account even the phone number not verified.

im ready to pay for verify the phone number of this account
