Question "we will only ship to an eBay confirmed address"
"we will only ship to an eBay confirmed address". - I don't fully understand what a confirmed eBay address is, I have never heard of it before.

Can I have a item shipped to a P.O box when a listing states - "we will only ship to an eBay confirmed address".

Is there a way to confirm the P.O box address on my Ebay account?

My PP account already has Bank and CC added. I have my billing address which matches my bank account.

So I can just add the P.O box as one my alternate billing addresses on PP?

Yes if your account is already verified and you add the PO box it will be considered a confirmed shipping address.
