100% Verified Paypal to become eBay seller acct?

I thought just a credit card can become the seller.
Just registered a new account, listed too soon I guess. Listed the same day.
Received MC999 restriction on the acct. Asked to call within 48 hrs.
Called, verified all the acct info.
Not good enough. Asked me to verify 100% Paypal acct.
Already had a credit card(virtual) added to acct, verified email, verified mobile number.....Now they want me to add a bank acct to verify the PayPal in order to lift the restriction

Really? How can they ask me to do that? Any input for this issue?
What should I do?

What should I do?

IF you got the MC999 for the 1st listing, then YES they can ask you to do whatever they want, unless you don't want the account be good for selling.

IF you list on an account without a Bank/VBA and you don't get an MC999 then your fine.

IF you don't add the bank within the 48hrs and call them back, kiss the account goodbye.

But normally takes 2-3 days to verify the bank acct, how can I call them within 48hrs with a verified acct?
Can I add VBA? Do they know it is VBA when they review the acct?

You can get an Instant Verify VBA from sellers on the Marketplace on the forum. They don't know it's a VBA.

As I know, the instant verify VBA can trigger suspension, even though it can be verified at the moment, is that true?

Who said it triggers suspension? I've used Instant Verify A LOT in the past month and yet to be suspended......

I never try to sell until everything is added, verified, confirmed etc, etc....I never have problems..IMO some people here try to do as little as possible to start selling, and then wonder why they have issues...

1. I did everything except verify bank acct.
2. Not the 1st seller acct registered, never had to add a bank acct to sell (bank acct makes it better, but not necessary for selling)
4. I didn't wonder why I have issues. Have I ask why did I have issues?
Just thought eBay suddenly changed the rules....requires a bank acct to seel. Not the case.

I know etrade is a past story..maybe have new ones... I didn't dig into the VBA part.
