paisapay suspension
Dear Friends,
My account got suspended due to policy violation, further to that my paisapay registration also suspended and got a mail saying that my remittence put on hold. I called customer care and got information that,
1. They will verify all the paisapay IDs for violation
2. Whatever paisapay IDs are found to be suspicious will be refunded to buyer
3. Remaining good transaction will be remitted to my account
I have less than 10 transaction which waiting for remittence.
Please advice me friends
1. Is there any one faced this issue earlier? and how it was solved?
2. Also how long it took you to get resolved?
3. All transaction are refunded to buyer or some of the transaction only?
Your answers are much important to all of the users who really need at this time.
