Erm... Really?
Depends what you sell, how much you sell and how much your turnover is.
The tool itself is very useful and if used correctly it's one of key tools to use, for me at least.
Now looking back, I don't even know how I used to grind out profit without it. I've been using for about 6 months now and everything is more optimized and accurate.

For me personally it's one of the most important aspects of the business because using it, I can see the price points that the item has sold for during past 12 months, or last week.
Sometimes it's hard to see what an item has sold for previously if it's a "rare" thing so sometimes taking a guess can lose you quite a bit of money.
When the difference is between £5 or £90 then I just need Terapeek to do some research and compare my items against other sold items.

Other way of doing this is to Google the item and ebay.co.uk or something and HOPE that you'll find something but most of the time there are no photos left of the listing and the listing ended back when Jesus was wearing flipflops.

For sure give it a try, they do a 2 week trial for free and then it's £20 a month of £160(Might be telling lies) a year or something.

The tool is amazingly amazing! I have watched few webinars as well and learned a lot. Also by using it I dominated many sellers in the most popular niches (electronics) and doubtfully any other method will offer anything better. There are some basics but your imagination is your guide to how you interpret all the information there

Bit of a bump here but I was wondering the other night about Terapeak.

I'm still using it daily but I'm wondering what is their privacy policy when it comes to my user profile and searches and all that?

I currently have subscription and I've registered with my real details and emails- Basically everything that I used to have down for eBay as well, before I was suspended.
Now if I search for certain products to see the data its all well and good, but if I then go and list exactly the same items on my stealth account 4 hours later, could they link me somehow?

does this make sense? It does to me, because I'd be searching for sale keywords that I would later then use in my listings and the items are preffy specific.

Just wondering.

I signed up to the free trial last week and immediately removed myself in less than 2 hours of using it. Yeah! its a great tool but it doesn't serve my use case properly.

I was looking for a tool that will display all of my items as well as the current position beside each of the items in my ebay . I wanted something I could easily log into and look at that metrics within 2 min and optimise my listing if I am not the cheapest seller for that items.

Amazon are able to do this properly by displaying the position of your products with respect to other sellers simply because of the way we list products on Amazon. It will take a long time before ebay could catch up on this because everyone list various duplicates of an existing products instead of fetching them using a unique identification number

Terapeak does not do this as much I would like. I will spend the same time researching my product using Terapeak interface as much as I would spend optimising them directly on ebay.

So, it does not worth if for me in that use case and that was why I removed it instanly.

Any input in terms of how eBay and Terapeak are talking to eachother anyone? Could they link account, based on search terms and then listings afterwards?

Did you get an answer for linking by search?

I want to use is from my main windows account just to research and not link it to any stealth's.

Might be worthwhile making your own thread since last post is from 2015...

Terapeak doesn't work accurately at all.

Nothing new since 2015.

Terapeak is useless. I tried it for a long time and it was a complete waste of time and money.
