raise selling limits on 2006 ebay account

i have a 2006 ebay account that hasn't been used for over a year, its not registered as a business account and has limits of £450 per month. is there a way to make this unlimited as i thought all eBay accounts before 2007 were unlimited seller accounts

Seller accounts need to be 'seller accounts' for 30-45 days before ebay will let you get a limit increase. After that it is every 30 days.
